RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We manage returns on a case-by-case basis, keeping customer satisfaction as our number one priority. You have 40 days from the date of delivery to return any and all items back to us. If the item is returned beyond 40 days from the date of delivery, a store credit will be issued (We allow a 30 days’ extension period for our customers to return their item for a store credit).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it with original attached tags for returns or exchange. For your protection, you may insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is approved or denied for the refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your bank and credit card company.
If there is any sign that the product has been misused, is dirty, or other debris, the return will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. Please note that all returns are carefully inspected before a refund/store credit is issued.
The final refund amount will be determined based upon the return inspection.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM, YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
- Use the form at the bottom of this page to lookup your order and submit a return or exchange request.
- Choose a product to create a return and fill out the return details along with notes for any specifications (for e.g. if you would like to exchange your item, please indicate what style, color, and size you would exchange it for) then click submit. You can check the status of your order under the returns page.
- Please allow a few business days for your return (if eligible) to be processed for a particular item on that order. We will either approve or deny your return request.
- You'll receive a confirmation e-mail for approval/denial of your return request. In the approval e-mail there will be information on how to return the product. If your return request is denied an e-mail containing reasons and explanation for denial will be mentioned.
- Once we receive the product, please allow a few business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail when you return has been processed.
- You can check the status of each stage of your return request on our website.
Please note, if you ship your return/exchange without first receiving an approval e-mail the processing of your return may be delayed.
For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.
If you would like to exchange an item for an item of different value, we will refund the amount of the original order you sent us, and we will make a new invoice and charge you for the new product.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or at fault of resurgence. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item or would like to exchange an item for an item of different value, we will refund the item you sent us and we will create a new invoice for the new item you want.
Resurgence will send you a return shipping label for any defective items or damaged product. We will not be liable for any product damaged in transit. If you purchased merchandise at www.resurgenceusa.com and it is defective, damaged, or is not the product that you ordered you can return the product after its approved by us and follow the return steps as mentioned above.
In the event a product is returned that is not defective, damaged or at fault of Resurgence as mentioned in the return request by the customer, the item will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Resurgence will instead be deducted from the refund amount.
The final refund/replacement will be determined based upon the return inspection.
Please make sure that you communicate the correct address, as Resurgence Sports USA LLC is not responsible for any miss delivered products. Resurgence Sports USA LLC. is not responsible for any stolen and/or missing packages.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
World Wide Shipping will vary, depending on your country of residence. Allow at least a week for each worldwide shipping order to be processed, and shipped.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Gift Cards can't be refunded/returned. You’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Customers with a gift card can exchange item(s) for the same or a greater value.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Resurgence Sports USA LLC explicitly reserves the right to make changes or override this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
